FYXER is the market-leading Virtual Executive Assistant Service in the UK. We are changing how executives are supported by offering them a holistic service rather than a single employee, and we are changing how Executive Assistants work, by providing flexible, remote working which redefines their work-life balance.

We’ve grown exponentially over the last 3 years, from a team of 3 to 60. We plan to triple in size over the next 2 years.

The Talent Manager role is an exciting and challenging role that focuses on recruiting, keeping and developing an outstanding team of qualified employees. You will be part of the People team, reporting into the Head of People.

  • £40,000 Salary + 10% performance-based bonus
  • Working hours 8.30am-5.30pm
  • 25 days Holiday + Bank Holidays
  • Remote working plus approx once a month meet up
  • Monthly 1:1’s with your manager
